So I finally got round to doing a demo recording of this tune 'Going On The Road'. which has been on my to-do list for at least 6 weeks.
To save faffing around with microphones, I just used the built-in microphone on the camera - forgetting that built-in microphones can't really deal with something as loud and sonorous as a piano.
This is why the sound quality is not awesome - which is why I have printed the lyrics below - and is also why I have turned the film sepia and a bit grainy to make it look more olde.
I hope you like it. I skipped my Kung Fu class tonight to finish it.
